Its Monday and its time to kick-start your week. Sometimes when you look at the start of your week and think of all the things you want to do and goals you plan to hit, these thoughts themselves can become a distraction. Thinking about the things you want, takes your energy away from actually accomplishing the tasks that will get you closer to those goals.
The thoughts you allow yourself to think and the topics you allow your mind to dwell upon influence your environment.
