Savoring Food

Food and eating have become so complicated. Amongst all the busy-ness of life, wanting healthy, fresh, fast and tasty food seems like a tall order. Yet, its really not. Delicious, enjoyable & nutritious food is accessible. The kitchen is a friendly place.

I'm a big fan of Mark Bittman and his books (How to Cook Everything, etc). He's all about conquering the basics and making food yourself. When I make food at home, I find all the other competing elements come together.
